The Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association is excited to bring its popular ABC’s of Home Building Seminar to Barron County for the very first time!

If you've been thinking about building a home but aren't sure where to begin, this seminar is for you. This educational event will guide you through every step of the home building journey.

Our panel of industry experts will discuss:

  • Where to start the home building process
  • Working with a lender, prequalification, and financing options
  • Evaluating land and selecting the right building site
  • Construction options, timelines, and associated costs
  • The role of a title company and the importance of title insurance
  • Tips for choosing and working with your builder
  • Smart home options

There will also be plenty of time for questions, giving you the opportunity to get answers from experienced professionals. While you are there take a tour of Mosaic Technologies' brand new smart home showroom!
