Understanding these differences can improve collaboration, strengthen workplace relationships, and help create more successful teams. Join the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association for an engaging Lunch & Learn featuring keynote speaker Brad Herda, a respected leadership and workforce development expert. Brad will share practical insights on navigating today's evolving workplace, improving communication, building stronger teams, and fostering a culture where employees of every generation can thrive. Following the keynote, a panel representing multiple generations will discuss their experiences in today's workplace, including communication preferences, workplace expectations, motivation, and what helps people feel engaged and valued. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions during an interactive audience Q&A. You'll learn how to: -Better understand the strengths and perspectives of each generation -Improve communication across age groups -Build stronger workplace relationships -Foster collaboration and teamwork -Create a workplace culture where everyone can succeed This program is valuable for anyone who works with people and is looking to strengthen communication, collaboration, and workplace culture.
