Thanks for your interest in the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association (CVHBA) and investing in the building and remodeling industry in the Chippewa Valley! Please fill out the information below including providing 2 business references and proof of business insurance (COI). The COI can be uploaded with this form or emailed to info@cvhomebuilders.com. After we receive all of your information including the COI and payment, we will conduct a background and reference check. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted by email once approved. Your membership will take effect once your application is approved.

A company that is engaged in a trade or profession related to the building industry in the Chippewa Valley. Annual Dues Amount: $575

Builder

A company that holds a Dwelling Contractor License, has an individual employed with a Dwelling Contractor Qualifier License, and is engaged in building or remodeling homes, multifamily dwellings, schools, commercial, industrial, and other structures in the Chippewa Valley. Annual Dues Amount: $575
