Schedule of Events

8:00-9:00am - Registration

9:00-9:15am - Opening Remarks

9:15-10:00am - From the Four Pillars to the Circles Within: a Leadership Journey with Eric Wiltrout, SVP, Chief Community Banking Officer for WNB Financial

In this session, Eric Wiltrout shares an insightful look at how his leadership philosophy has grown and evolved throughout his career. Drawing from experiences in athletics, early management roles, and years of leading diverse teams, he highlights the key lessons, challenges, and turning points that shaped how he leads today.

At the center of this session is Eric’s Circles of Leadership framework, developed through his own progression as a leader. This model emphasizes the importance of intentionally building trust, developing people, and strengthening organizational culture as the foundation for long-term success.

Through practical examples and meaningful reflection, Eric brings to life a powerful message: leadership is not static. It evolves as we grow.

10:00-10:45am - The Highs, the Lows, and What Holds You Steady with Katelynn Taylor, CEO & Founder of Good Ass Hair Day

Building a business is not a straight path. It is a series of highs, lows, pivots, and moments that test everything you thought you knew.

In this session, Katelynn Taylor, founder and CEO of A Good Ass Day, shares an honest look at the realities of entrepreneurship. From the excitement of growth to the challenges that come with uncertainty, pressure, and change, Katelynn brings a real and grounded perspective to what it takes to keep going.

At the center of her journey is one critical anchor: values.

Through storytelling and reflection, Katelynn explores how clearly defined values become a guide during both the best and hardest seasons of business. When things are unclear, values create direction. When things are difficult, they create stability.

10:45-11:00am - Break

11:00-11:45am - Leading Through Uncertainty with Tom Lyga, Senior Manager for Ashley Furniture

There is a lot that feels heavy right now. Market shifts. Operational pressure. Changing expectations. The constant need to move faster, do more, and adapt in real time.

And still, as leaders, the expectation remains the same. Lead your team. Make decisions. Deliver results.

This session is designed for leaders operating in that reality.

In this session, Thomas Lyga shares practical strategies to help leaders navigate uncertainty without losing clarity, composure, or direction. Grounded in real-world leadership challenges and informed by his work at Ashley Furniture, this session focuses on what it actually looks like to lead when the path forward is not fully clear.

11:45-12:30pm - Lunch

12:40-1:30pm - Intersections and Collisions Points with Sarah Welsh, CEO & Founder of Learn Better LLC

Leadership is often talked about as a path. In reality, it feels more like a series of intersections and collision points. Moments where different parts of your life, your work, your identity, and your beliefs meet and ask something new of you.

In this session, Sarah Welsh shares her journey of building Learn Better through the tension of holding multiple truths at once. Leading while uncertain. Carrying vision while sitting in discomfort. Creating something new while letting go of what no longer fits.

Drawing on the idea of the Medici Effect, this session explores how innovation and growth are often born not from clarity, but from collision. Education meets business. Neuroscience meets leadership. Structure meets creativity.

1:30-2:15pm - The Power of a Personal Mission Statement with Dennis Beale, CEO & Founder of Power of Perception

In this session, Dennis Beale, founder of Power of Perception, explores the connection between personal clarity and effective leadership. At the core of Dennis’s work is a simple but powerful idea: how we perceive ourselves shapes how we lead others.

Through this session, Dennis guides participants in developing a personal mission statement that serves as a foundation for decision-making, communication, and leadership presence. Rather than reacting to circumstances, leaders learn how to anchor themselves in purpose and lead with greater intention.
