About

Luxe Living by B.K. was founded in 2025 by Kevin Krenz and Brad Steinke, equal partners who are both personally involved in every client's project. Based in Chippewa Falls, we build exterior systems and interior remodels for homeowners who want a premium result and a process they never have to manage. Listen better. Plan better. Build better.

Luxe Living by B.K. is an owner-led remodeling and design-build contractor in Chippewa Falls, serving the Chippewa Valley. We specialize in exterior systems, including TimberTech decking, siding, windows, and roofing, along with interior remodels, basements, kitchens, baths, and home additions. Every project starts with detailed planning and a clear written scope. Our design-build team provides architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and virtual walkthroughs so you see the finished result before construction begins. During the build, you receive daily progress updates with photos, and you deal directly with the owners from first meeting to final walkthrough.
